Super Stovetop Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Granola Recipe Direcions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat
  2. Add oats, cooking until oats start to become crisp (approx. 5 min.)
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Spread on cookie sheet to cool
  5. Melt butter over medium heat in same skillet
  6. Stir in brown sugar and honey
  7. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly
  8. Add oats to skillet and cook for 5 minutes
  9. Spread on cookie sheet to cool
  10. After cool, stir in dried cranberries and almond
