Super Stovetop Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Granola Recipe Direcions:
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat
- Add oats, cooking until oats start to become crisp (approx. 5 min.)
- Remove from heat
- Spread on cookie sheet to cool
- Melt butter over medium heat in same skillet
- Stir in brown sugar and honey
- Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly
- Add oats to skillet and cook for 5 minutes
- Spread on cookie sheet to cool
- After cool, stir in dried cranberries and almond
