Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sour cherries, dried
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- In bowl combine oats and almonds
- Mix in apple juice concentrate
- Stir in sugar and cinnamon
- Spread evenly onto cookie sheet
- Bake 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Stir in coconut
- Continue to bake until golden
- Stir in cherries and raisins
- Allow to cool
