Raisin Nut Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 1 cup dark raisins
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Whisk oil, honey, and hot water together in medium bowl
- In a separate bowl stir oats, pecans, walnuts, and almonds together
- Spread granola mixture evenly onto 2 baking sheets
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden
- Allow granola mixture to cool
- mix in raisins, goldne raisins, and dried cherries
