Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unpopped popcorn
  • 1 cup wheat flakes
  • 4 cup oat flakes
  • 1 cup barley flakes
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cup cracked wheat
  • 2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup honey or other sweetener
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, etc as desired)
  • 2 cups chopped dried dates, apricots, pineapple, papaya, as desired
  • 1 pk banana chips

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pop popcorn
  3. Combine popcorn, oat flakes, barley flakes, wheat flakes, cracked wheat, coconut, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds in large bowl mixing together
  4. In a separate bowl combine oil, honey, and vanilla
  5. Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, stirring together thoroughly
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Stir in fruit, nuts, and banana chips
  9. Allow to cool
