Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 large box old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup each: walnuts, pecans, almonds
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup Canola oil
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 3 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • As desired - coconut, chopped dates, dried cranberries, raisins, etc.

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine oatmeal, wheat germ, wheat bran, oat bran, cinnamon, and salt, mixing well
  3. Mix in nuts
  4. Add vanilla, maple syrup, molasses, and oil, mixing well
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Add dried fuits, etc. to suit personal taste
  8. Allow to cool
