Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dried papaya, chopped

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix almonds, wheat germ, oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, canola oil, nutmeg, and honey together in large bowl
  3. Press evenly onto large greased baking sheet, with a spatula
  4. Bake 20 minutes until golden
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Break up and mix in pineapple, raisins, cranberries, and papaya
