Granola Scones Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup granola
- 1 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cut up, chilled butter
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 lg egg
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Stir flours, baking powder, and brown sugar together in large bowl
- Mix in butter
- In another bowl mix egg, milk, and vanilla extract
- Stir flour mixture into liquid mixture
- Knead granola, using flour to avoid stickiness
- Spoon dough onto cookie sheet (3 inches apart)
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Allow to cool on wire racks
