Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 pinch salt

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl
  3. Warm honey and oil in saucepan
  4. stir in vanilla with wire whisk
  5. Stir liquid into oat mixture with wooden spoon and by hand
  6. Spread evenly onto large baking pan
  7. Bake 35 to 45 minutes stirring occasionally
  8. Allow to cool
  9. Stir in cranberries
