Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, salted
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- Cinnamon
Granola Recipe Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowl mix oats, wheat germ, nuts, and sunflower seeds, sprinkling with a generous amount of cinnamon
- In a large measuring device heat oil, honey, and brown sugar in microwave
- Add vanilla into liquid mixture, mixing well
- Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, mixing well
- Spread evenly onto large roasting pan
- Bake for 60 minutes stirring occasionally, until golden brown
- Allow to cool
